Book: Romeo and Juliet by William Shakespeare
Word 'o' the Day: gobble - to eat really quickly (also what preschoolers are told a turkey sounds like)
Feeling: I hate allergies...
I've been tired and feeling downright disgusting all week. I really hate having allergies. So, there are all those billboards saying tomorrow is Judgment Day. Coming from a family of religious nuts I want to say that it IS NOT the end of the world. It just means Jesus will come down from heaven and take a select few back to heaven the let the rest of us stay on earth to die and then rot in h-e-double-hockey-sticks. I am yet another skeptic of this idea, but you never know, it could happen. I am a little annoyed by this priest though. I went to a friend's church and the gospel was basically about how all the other religions will eventually get you to heaven but Catholicism is the only direct route. He sounded like he belonged in the Middle Ages during the Protestant Reformation advocating Catholicism. But religion is a dry topic for me.
I am really annoyed with the amount of authors who are taking a REALLY long time to publish another book. I do get that the writing process and the publishing process is a long span of time. But I gobble books up in a matter of days. It's a really nice day... I think I'm going to go outside...
